Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our application ("App", "Service") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2. Strava Integration
Our App integrates with Strava to provide activity tracking and fitness insights. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize us to access your Strava data as specified during the OAuth authorization process.
Your Data Control
You can disconnect your Strava account at any time through Settings, which will immediately delete all your Strava data from our servers.
We only display your own Strava data to you and do not share it with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.
2b. Garmin Connect Integration
Our App integrates with Garmin Connect to provide health metrics, activity tracking, and wellness insights. By connecting your Garmin Connect account, you authorize us to access your Garmin data as specified during the OAuth authorization process.

Your use of Garmin Connect services is governed by Garmin's own terms.

You can disconnect your Garmin Connect account at any time through Settings, which will immediately delete all your Garmin data from our servers.
Garmin Data Attribution
In compliance with Garmin's API Brand Guidelines, all health and activity data sourced from your Garmin device is clearly attributed with the Garmin brand and device model throughout our application.
We only display your own Garmin data to you and do not share it with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.
2c. Apple Health Integration (iOS)
Our iOS App integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to provide comprehensive health and fitness tracking. By granting HealthKit permissions, you authorize us to read your health data directly from your device.

Your use of Apple Health is governed by Apple's terms and iOS privacy controls.

You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy → Health. Revoking access will stop new data syncing, and you can delete synced data through our app settings.
How HealthKit Data Works
Unlike cloud-based integrations, Apple Health data remains on your device until you explicitly sync it through our app. We do not have continuous access to your HealthKit data - syncing only occurs when you open the app or trigger a manual sync.
We only display your own Apple Health data to you and do not share it with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.
2d. Google Fit Integration
Our App integrates with Google Fit to provide activity tracking and fitness insights. By connecting your Google Fit account, you authorize us to access your fitness data as specified during the Google OAuth consent process.

Your use of Google Fit services is governed by Google's terms of service.

You can disconnect your Google Fit account at any time through Settings or via your Google Account permissions, which will immediately delete all your Google Fit data from our servers.
We only display your own Google Fit data to you and do not share it with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.
2e. Fitbit Integration
Our App integrates with Fitbit to provide comprehensive health and fitness tracking. By connecting your Fitbit account, you authorize us to access your Fitbit data as specified during the OAuth authorization process.

2f. WHOOP Integration
Our App integrates with WHOOP to provide recovery, strain, and sleep tracking insights. By connecting your WHOOP account, you authorize us to access your WHOOP data as specified during the OAuth authorization process.

2g. Samsung Health Integration
Our App integrates with Samsung Health to provide comprehensive health and fitness tracking on Samsung devices. By connecting your Samsung Health account, you authorize us to access your health data as specified during the authorization process.

3. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Your Rights
You retain all rights to your personal data. We only use your data as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or disconnecting integrated services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
To transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional material
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
To harass, abuse, or harm another person
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Strava's trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Strava, Inc. and are used in accordance with Strava's API Brand Guidelines.
Garmin's trademarks, logos, and service marks (including Garmin®, Garmin Connect™, and Body Battery™) are the property of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries and are used in accordance with Garmin's API Brand Guidelines.
Apple's trademarks, including Apple®, Apple Health®, and HealthKit®, are the property of Apple Inc. and are used in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
Google's trademarks, including Google® and Google Fit®, are the property of Google LLC and are used in accordance with Google's brand guidelines.
Fitbit's trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Fitbit LLC (a Google company) and are used in accordance with Fitbit's brand guidelines.
WHOOP's trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of WHOOP, Inc. and are used in accordance with WHOOP's brand guidelines.
Samsung's trademarks, including Samsung® and Samsung Health®, are the property of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and are used in accordance with Samsung's brand guidelines.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, WHOOP, and Samsung Health) that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
Third-Party Service Providers (Including Strava, Garmin, Apple, Google, Fitbit, WHOOP, and Samsung)
We disclaim all warranties on behalf of third-party service providers, including but not limited to Strava, Garmin, Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Fitbit, WHOOP, and Samsung Health. Third-party service providers make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding their services.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
This applies to damages resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service, or (b) a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
