How to connect Apple Health to Balnc
- Install the Balnc iOS app and sign in.
- Open health integrations and choose Apple Health.
- Allow read access to the Health data types you want to share.
- Balnc imports your last seven days (optionally 30), then syncs again each time you open the app.
How does the Apple Health sync work?
Health data is read on your iPhone through Apple’s HealthKit and sent to your Balnc account. Balnc never writes to Apple Health. After the first import, it syncs when you open the app, at most every five minutes, and you can sync manually at any time.
Apple Health data is only available on iPhone, so it cannot be connected from the Balnc web app.
