Connect Strava to Balnc
Balnc’s Strava integration imports your activities, including distance, time, elevation, heart rate, speed and calories, and keeps them in sync automatically when you add, edit or delete an activity on Strava. Your recent activities then sit next to your meals, sleep and fasting, and the AI coach can use them in its answers.

How to connect Strava to Balnc
- Sign in to Balnc on the web and open Settings.
- In Fitness Integrations, choose Strava and review what Balnc will read.
- Approve read access to your activities on Strava’s authorization page.
- You return to Balnc, and your activities import. New, edited and deleted activities then sync automatically.
How does Balnc use my Strava activities?
Your activities appear alongside your food log, fasting and sleep, so a hard training day sits next to what you ate and how you slept afterwards. The AI coach reads your five most recent activities from the past week when it answers a question.
Balnc only asks Strava for read access. It cannot post, edit or delete anything on your Strava account.
What happens if I disconnect Strava?
You can disconnect at any time from Settings. Under Balnc’s Privacy Policy, data that came from an integration is deleted as soon as you disconnect it.
