Connect Health Connect to Balnc on Android
Balnc’s Health Connect integration reads your steps, distance, floors, calories, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, sleep and exercise sessions on your Android phone. Health Connect collects data from other Android health apps, so it is how Balnc reaches them. It runs in the Balnc Android app, which is in testing.

How to connect Health Connect to Balnc
- Install the Balnc Android app and sign in.
- Open health integrations and choose Health Connect.
- Grant read access to the data types you want to share.
- Balnc imports your last seven days (optionally 30), then syncs again each time you open the app.
Which apps can reach Balnc through Health Connect?
Any Android app that writes to Health Connect, such as Samsung Health, shares data through it. Balnc reads from Health Connect rather than connecting to each of those apps separately.

Does Balnc connect to Samsung Health or Google Fit directly?
No. On Android, Balnc reads from Health Connect, which apps like Samsung Health write to. If your app shares its data with Health Connect, Balnc can read it once you grant access.
